They have forced something of a doctrine change - in that the the Russians have had to reposition where command posts/resupply/reserves/etc. are - and put a lot more effort to avoid clustering large groupings in the rear.
What's your take on Starlink? Seems to be the one Ukrainian 'game changer' made by actually competent people, on account of Elon not being a traditional defense contractor (and thus optimizing for systems that are functional rather than expensive).

Disagree. They are just ANOTHER howitzer.
It was long distance and guided munitions that forced a decentralization of supplies.

I just tend to group all the western artillery/rocket systems together at this point...
